5-5-5 Workout

Intermediate Level

These exercises are the foundation of good strength. However, begin gently and be aware of your own capabilities. Pursue form and function over weight and always consult a medical professional before taking on any form of exercise.

These exercises will form a simple 5 x 5 routine. Five exercises of five reps into five sets. Don’t do anything rash and only pursue form. This is a decent workout to get your body back into working order after a long slump.

Remember, there’s no shame in using light weights or switching to a body weight alternative. You have to do what works best for you and build yourself up rep by rep, day by day. Work smart and more importantly, have fun!

Do all exercises to form and be careful not to push too hard on the weight
