Day 1
- Breakfast Oatmeal porridge with papaya or strawberries
- Lunch Rice, pumpkin, tuna and bean curries, and mallung
- Dinner Grilled chicken, vegetables and a slice of bread
- Snack Nuts and curd
Day 2
- Breakfast Mung boiled and served with coconut and condiments
- Lunch Pasta with shrimp and mushrooms, and tossed in garlic olive oil with a serving of salad
- Dinner Roast meat, steamed spinach and vegetables
- Snack Fresh fruit and nuts
Day 3
- Breakfast Kola kanda, string hoppers, dhal and sprats
- Lunch Crab and butternut squash curries, mallung and eggplant salad
- Dinner Roast chicken with beans and lentils curry or stew with toast
- Snack Cottage cheese and nuts
Day 4
- Breakfast Guacamole and eggs on toast
- Lunch Chicken and vegetable curries, mallung and rice
- Dinner Grilled shrimp or seafood and vegetables, and salad
- Snack Orange, bell peppers and hummus dip
Day 5
- Breakfast Kola kanda and egg sandwich
- Lunch Oven roasted fish and vegetables with rice or choice of carb
- Dinner Steamed vegetables, roasted or grilled meat and salad
- Snack Yoghurt and chia seeds with fresh fruit/treacle
Day 6
- Breakfast Tempered adzuki beans (cowpea) with coconut and egg
- Lunch Mackerel (tin fish) and vegetable curries with mallung and rice
- Dinner Hoppers, egg and curries
- Snack Fresh fruit and nuts
Day 7
- Breakfast Boiled chickpeas either tempered or with coconut
- Lunch Vegetable noodles with chicken curry and pickle
- Dinner Grilled meat, avocado guacamole, and sautéed vegetables
- Snack Berries, dark chocolate and nuts
