  • Lunch Grilled fish, salad and roasted corn
  • Dinner Roast meat and vegetables, and salad
  • Snack Yoghurt and nuts

Day 3

  • Breakfast Kola kanda, eggs and breakfast burger (no bun)
  • Lunch Meat, vegetable curries and boiled jack
  • Dinner Roast chicken, vegetables and salad
  • Snack Curd with treacle

Day 4

  • Breakfast Eggs, tomatoes and ham
  • Lunch Meat stew with kurakkan bread
  • Dinner Grilled shrimp or seafood, vegetables and salad
  • Snack Berries and dark chocolate

Day 5

  • Breakfast Boiled manioc/breadfruit with coconut sambol and an egg
  • Lunch Grilled fish, roasted potatoes and salad
  • Dinner Roasted or grilled meat, steamed vegetables and salad
  • Snack Nuts and berries

Day 6

  • Breakfast Tempered adzuki beans (cowpea) with coconut and an egg
  • Lunch Meat curry, mallung and boiled jack/manioc
  • Dinner Hoppers, egg and curry
