Mango sherbet icecream

INGREDIENTS

    450g    frozen pineapple chunks

    1 cup    frozen mango chunks

   1 tbsp    lemon or lime juice

RECIPE

Process pineapple, mango and lemon (or lime) juice in a food processor until smooth and creamy. If it’s too thick add a bit of water. For the best texture, serve immediately.
